Turnaround Time

Samples: Most of our Sample products are shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse and it takes an additional 3-4 business days in transit. The total turn around time can be 5-6 business days depending upon the destination country.

Printed Invitations / Bulk (Regular Service): The Total Turnaround time for most of our orders is 10 to 12 business days including the time in transit.

Rush Service: The Order will be shipped within 3 business days once the proof has been approved. Typically, it takes about 7 to 8 business days in total including the time in transit for completing a Rush Order.

* Note: Rush Orders are ONLY processed 'if the product is available in stock'. In an event if the product is not available in stock for rush service then you will be notified via email regarding the same. You will then have a choice to cancel the Order and get a full refund OR proceed with the Order with Regular Service time frame. The Rush Service Fee will be refunded if you decide to go with the Regular Service.

Getting the text designed / creating the proof by our professional designers for the card selected takes about 2 business days and then it is sent to you via email for approval. Once the proof is approved, it takes about 3 to 4 business days to print the cards and another 3 to 4 days in transit. In all it takes about 10 business days to complete an order but it may vary according to the complexity of the design. Customized cards may take longer depending upon the amount of work required on the product.
