Our logistics partners are FedEx, DHL & UPS, and most international packages are sent via them. Packages are always insured and all packages must be signed for when delivered. Please note that some Over-sized packages are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping your package, in order to get your approval.
Duties and Taxes:Any Import Duties / Custom Duties / Local Taxes / Vat Charges or any other charges by Credit Card Company, Courier Company or Bank are payable by the buyer (if applicable). We are not responsible for any kind of taxes charged by the Government officials. Each individual country has their own rules about VAT or custom duty to be charged on the goods coming to the country and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
